This
agreement is for the Online Course entitled The Essentials of
Classical Homoeopathy.
This
agreement is a legally binding instrument when accepted by you and
received by the school. Clicking the Accept box at the
end of this agreement acknowledges that you have read and understand
this agreement, including the written statement of the refund policy
and the example of how it applies, and that you have been given a
description of the course or educational service; a schedule of
charges for the course that outlines the cost of tuition,
course-related equipment, and all other charges associated with
completing the course of instruction online; and including all
material facts concerning the school and the program or course of
instruction which are likely to affect your decision to enroll.
Please print a copy of this enrollment agreement for your personal
records.
Course description: The course is comprised
of the History, Philosophy and Principles of Classical Homoeopathy,
and Homoeopathic Materia Medica for acute and emergency
prescribing. An average of 50-75 hours is required
to complete the course.
BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL: You have a right
to cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain a refund. You
may cancel this enrollment agreement and receive a refund by
providing a written notice to the Chief Operating Officer of the Institute of Classical Homoeopathy, 2325 Third Street, Suite 426,
San Francisco, CA
94107.
REFUND
INFORMATION: You have a right to a full refund of all charges if
notice of cancellation is made prior to you receiving your username
and password for the course.
In addition,
you may withdraw from the course after having received the first
module and receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the
tuition, less a $100 enrollment fee.

for 11 Modules
$675 - $100
(Registration Fee) = $575.00
$575 - $52.28
(used Tuition for Module 1) = $522.72 refund
There
will be no refunds given after you have received access to Modules
2-11.
If the
school cancels or discontinues a course or educational program, the
school will make a full refund of all charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days
of cancellation or withdrawal.

Essentials of Classical Homoeopathy Online/Home Study Course
(includes $100 non-refundable registration fee.)
Textbooks
are purchased independently by you from a source other than the Institute of Classical Homoeopathy. The approximate cost for books is
$70-$100. Some of the books
are available free online.

AMOUNT FOR ALL FEES, CHARGES, AND SERVICES YOU ARE OBLIGED TO PAY OF
THE COURSE OR EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IS:

Note:
There is a non-refundable $100 Registration Fee included in the
tuition.
